Come join hundreds of local runners of all ages and abilities for the 2010 Mountain Goat training runs. For 6 consecutive Saturdays\, beginning on March 20th the Syracuse Track Club conducts a series of training runs in preparation for the Mountain Goat Run on May 2nd. Water and energy drinks are provided along the route. The training runs begin @ 8\:00 am sharp and start from outside the MOST in Armory Square. Runners are sent out in groups according to their desired pace. There is no cost to participate!

Applications for the Summer 2010 Student Sandbox are being accepted now until April 16th!

The Sandbox is a 12-week incubation program that provides student teams mentorship\, coaching\, space\, technology\, access to investors\, etc. It is located in the Technology Garden in Downtown Syracuse. The program kicks off on June 2nd and concludes with a \\"Demo Day\\" on August 18th.
