 <title>Mountain Goat Training Runs</title>

&lt;p&gt;Come join hundreds of local runners of all ages and abilities for the 2010 Mountain Goat training runs.  For 6 consecutive Saturdays, beginning on March 20th the Syracuse Track Club conducts a series of training runs in preparation for the Mountain Goat Run on May 2nd.  Water and energy drinks are provided along the route.  The training runs begin @ 8:00 am sharp and start from outside the MOST in Armory Square.  Runners are sent out in groups according to their desired pace.  There is no cost to participate!&lt;/p&gt;
